Varsha Bailey-Gunputh founded Girl Keepers to help close a gap she had seen first-hand: goalkeepers being overlooked in training.

Girl Keepers' existing site describes its work with clubs across Greater London, including its collaboration with London FA from 2023. Its reported reach of more than 100 girls and women is a starting point for understanding its impact.
